Perky Peppermint Mocha

- In a saucepan with 6 cups freshly brewed Java Dutch gourmet coffee, melt 4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate.
- When chocolate is melted, add 1 1/2 cup hot milk and 1 tablespoon Monin peppermint syrup and stir until blended.
- Pour into coffee mugs and garnish with a candy cane!
